If you wish to return a product we will arrange for it to be collected from you.

Warranty Policy:

12 month warranty standard on all New products sold through our website unless otherwise specified. Open box, Refurbished, Used and Demo products come with a standard 6 month warranty unless otherwise specified.

Why are you returning the product?

The product was not what you ordered: 

  • Log a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange It's up to you. The returned product needs to be in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.
  • Whizzyworld.co.za will pay the  collection courier fee.
  • After 30 days unfortunately no returns.

You just don’t love it or changed your mind:

  • Log a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement, it’s up to you.The returned product needs to be in its original, undamaged packaging and it must have not been used.
  • Whizzyworld.co.za will pay the courier collection fee.
  • After 30 days unfortunately no return.

Faulty product:

  • Log a return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement.
  • Whizzyworld.co.za will pay for the collection of your item and if we exchange or replace we will pay for the delivery to you.
  • After 30 days and during the warranty period, items will be repaired, if we cannot repair the item then it will be exchanged, replaced or refunded. You will have to ship the item to us
Promotional items:

If you received a free item together with your purchase, when returning and requesting a refund we would need you to also send back the free item.

Returns of free promotional items:
Free promotional items will be replaced as long as stock lasts. No refunds will be issued for free promotional items. You will need to cover the shipping costs. 

Returns process: 

  1. Send an email to info@whizzyworld.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will authorise the return and arrange a courier to collect from you. 
  3. Once we receive the unit we will evaluate the condition of the product and packaging.
  4. We will then confirm if the product will be repaired, exchanged, replaced or refunded.
  5. Collections need to be made available for the courier company to collect. 
  6. Replacements are subject to us having stock of the same product. 
  7. Faulty devices: We will first try and repair them. If repair is not possible or viable, we will then offer exchange or refund.

How long does this process take?
We will endeavour to have your return and refund sorted out as quickly as possible.
